Policy Enforcement Notice

Appointments will be immediately cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply, if:

Any party fails to present the required physical documents.
Names on the IDs and birth certificates do not match due to unverified legal changes.
A parent or guardian leaves the minor unattended during the procedure.

Minor Policy

Minors are strictly prohibited from entering the studio floor unless they are actively receiving a scheduled service.

To perform a piercing or tattoo service on a minor, the following criteria must be met in full at the time of the appointment:

1. Required Documentation

You must present the physical, original copies of the following two documents:

The minor's original birth certificate (listing the signing parent's name).
The parent or legal guardian's valid photo ID (matching the name on the birth certificate).
Legal Guardianship Papers (if applicable): Court-ordered custody documents must be presented alongside the minor's birth certificate if you are not the biological parent.

2. Parental Presence

A parent or legal guardian must remain present in the procedure room for the entire duration of the minor's service.
Leaving the studio or waiting outside during the procedure will result in the immediate cancellation of the service.

Studio Identification & Verification Requirements

To receive any service, all clients must present valid, physical, government-issued photo identification. We strictly enforce a zero-exception documentation policy to comply with Idaho state regulations and insurance requirements.
